Employee Retirement System and Implementation
The company was established in 2010, requiring all employees to participate in the new labor retirement system. Therefore, the company deposits additional 6% of each employee's monthly salary into their individual pension account. The company’s confirmed pension expenses were 6,376,000NTD in 2023.
